Debbie has worked in various sales and marketing industries for the past 17 years. She started her career at Interep Radio in 1992, answering the phones and quickly worked her way to Senior Account Executive. Debbie was awarded the Interep Topaz award in 1996, presented to the most productive salesperson in a regional office.In 1998, Debbie changed companies to become a Manager of Partnership Development at Promotions.com. There she managed the sale of Promotions.com (formerly Webstakes.com) on-line promotions and direct marketing programs and formed strategic alliance with key business partners.
She liaised with marketing/promotions directors in execution of needs assessments and in executing client direct marketing and promotional programs. In 2000, she became the company’s sales trainer. Debbie was responsible for developing training modules and leading weekly sales techniques and training programs for Account Executives. Most recently, Debbie has been assessing client needs as a real estate agent with Weichert Realtors. She is very excited to be utilizing her skills at The Practice Building team.
Debbie graduated with a BS from Ithaca College.
